I am a Masscommunication graduate major in Broadcasting but I can tell to myself that I am mostly effective in Marketing and Sales. At the same time, I was able to used my knowledge talking to different people in different walk of life. I used to work in the Call Center industry for about three years to sum it up. I enjoyed working there since it does'nt requires age limit and
I find it easy working at night since I knew that I can be with my family during the day. I handled different accounts but mostly for Outbound calls. Being an Appointment setter in Timeshare account wherein I am inviting people to attend a short presentation. I also handled Hearth Check America, Payday Loans and Debt Consolidation, There is one unforgettable experienced I had when I handled Online Phamacy which both requires Inbound and Outbound Transaction. It's a little bit multi-tasking since we are also answering e-mails and chats at the same time. It is a hard job and stressfull one but my pocket is always full.
Past jobs are into Marketing. Being a Sales Agent of a Discount Card, a Holiday Consultant in Boracay wherein I was also promoted as a Turn -Over Manager.
My treasured job experience is when I worked in Cebu to open up a Microfinancing Company, in which I am not expecting that I was able to expand up to 4 offices in differnt cities in Cebu. Since I have to tend up my 6 kids, I had to resigned and continue my career here in my hometown in Manila.
I might say that I am a person who loves to communicate to other. I am a person that can learn easily with a little supervision, I can handle stress easily and can do multi-tasking job at the same time. Since I can say that I am a Sales person, I value the customers much that I can do. I am a Customer service oriented person since I always emphatized customers and make it a point to have a win-win situation for every problems we had to meet.
