Good communication skills is one of the key to good customer service. I have been working in the BPO industry for almost five years now. I talk to customers on the phone in a daily basis and because of this, I have developed my interpersonal, communication
and listening skills. I was able to build my confidence and patience in dealing with different types of customer in all walks of life. I learned how to manage my emotions and stay calm which helps me on how to deal with irate or aggravated and confused customers.
