During my previous job as an office assistant, I have learned basic bookkeeping and banking transactions. I have also compiled, copied, sorted, and filed records of activities and business transactions, operated office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimiles, and personal computers, answered telephones, direct calls and take messages. On all of these experiences I have proven myself capable to perform highly responsible administrative work, ability to coordinate activities, special projects and functions for the office and ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment.
In addition to demonstrating myself, I am able to multitasking and to work well under pressure, and ability to manage time wisely. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft office such as word, excel and power point. Also in adobe photoshop and movie maker.
