Profile Description

• End to End recruitment for IT Professional candidates
• Handles hiring of IT professionals requirements. This includes conduct of initial interview, paper screening, endorsing to the clients.
• Process variety of IT Skills ranging like (Java/j2ee developers, .Net Developers, Infrastructure, Network Admin, Systems Administrators, WINTEL (MVP, MCSA, MCSE, MCDST, MCP, etc), Network Engineers (CCNA,CCNP, etc), Oracle DBA, Peoplesoft Consultants, QA, Test Engineer, Cobol Developers, Mainframe programmers, C#.NET Developers, C++ Developers, Project Managers, SAP Consultants, Helpdesk Support, PhP developers, Web Developers).
• Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.
• Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates.
• Place job requirements on the Internet to increase available candidate pool.
• Send a blast email to possible candidates that will meet the job description.
