- Prepares the financial statements of the Company;
- Assists the CFO in budget preparation;
- Prepares the monthly reporting package which includes revenue flash report, cash flow analysis, KPI reports, monthly statement of financial position and income;
- Exposure to MYOB and Oracle;
- Controls payables to schedule payments based on cash position and deadline and prepare payments in online banking module;
- Prepares reports and payments for GST;
- Reviews receivables schedule and monitor collection;
- Participates in general payroll functions in online payroll system;
- Prepares the income tax, value-added tax, withholding tax returns;
- Develops audit plans and supervises audit assistants in executing the audit program;
- Ensures audit effectiveness of internal accounting controls;
- Confirms continual improvement of Company’s Quality Management System (ISO9001:2008).
