Being a 3 time national athlete and an 8 year fitness industry professional as well as having a vast interest in creative writing, I have come to become even more eager and challenged to send my message of health and fitness to the world.
Having graduated as a Sports Science major from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, I have been provided with excellent knowledge that has helped me reach out not just to my clients as a personal fitness trainer, but also to my students as a physical educator.
Making a difference in people's lives through the wonderful world of health and fitness is a calling that I will forever be proud of and would gladly share with everyone through many different means. Providing me with that opportunity is a challenge that I would gladly accept.
