I have experienced working as a technical support specialist at Teletech Novaliches under Telecom New Zealand. I am as well a private tutor for grammar and conversational English. I conduct classes to students from Japan in all levels . The job depends on the needs of each student; I may offer classes for basic and intermediate grammar, spelling or pronunciation depending on the lecture chosen by the student. Most of my classes are based on practicing conversational skills. To ensure students are learning effectively, we provide a feedback or review report after the class.
