Profile Description

I started working when I was 18 years old as a production clerk in garments factory for 6 months. I was on my 4th and final year of my college studies by then, I needed to forego my studies and work to save money so as to pursue it and finally graduate.
After college, I worked as an Executive Assistant to the President for five (5) years and able to develop and hone my office skills. Being an Executive Assistant was a very challenging job for me because I needed to know everything that matters to my boss. Aside from this, I was also doing HR functions, such as interviewing applicants and recommending for employment, responsible in office equipment and machines and general administration. I can say that I was able to do my job efficiently and effectively.
Other Skill that I was able to develop is the Customer Service Skills. i worked as a Customer Service Coordinator in an Automotive company for almost 5 years in Dubai, UAE. After this, I landed in BPO industry and worked as a Sales Professional Support for Sprint for only 3 months.
My training taught me a lot of things on how to handle different types of customers. I learned that what important when dealing customers is you have understand their needs and wants, that you are there to help them.
