I am still currently employed to a government agency and been an administrative assistant for 15 solid years. I am currently handling our company's Helpdesk system and been conversing with other people through phone, emails and even entertaining walk-in requests. I can say that I am excellent with customer service for I have been a customer service agent for more than a year in world-known courier company. I was a customer attendant to a duty free shop and was receiving good feedbacks also from my clients. Now, I am trained with MS Office applications, exposed to internet everyday, and rendering phone support to those who are having trouble with their computers. I can say, I am patient with dealing with any kinds of people. I also prepare DTRs of our office's staff every month for payroll. I plan events for I had my own Event Planning Services business some years ago.
