Profile Description

I'm currently working in a call center industry and its been almost 5 years, however I'm inclined to apply in online job
as my part time career in which I can use my skills and at the same time earn extra from it.
Working on fast paced industry I'm
able to hasten my skills like typing ,
I provide support on 3 customers at the same time through live chat help.
In the intrem I will make report on the corresponding issue and resolution that makes me knowledgeable
on how to use all Microsoft office application.
I'm also open for article writing because I'm very resourceful on how to find answers on every given topic.
