I was a sales adviser for our family retail business, catering to the needs of clients. It is my task to provide product support and help them through the sales process. I also handle queries from foreign clients because of my English communication skills. I handle basic clerical function that includes encoding, minor accounting, and creating / editing of documents. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office programs, specifically, Word, Excel, and Power Point. I am also familiar in using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. This will be my first experience to work as a virtual assistant, but I am confident that I will be able to handle all the tasks that will be given to me, given the proper guidance or training.
