With 4 years experience in the world of
Business process outsourcing (BPO). My English speaking skills excellently develop. The First year I was assigned in the Customer Representative Department and trained as a point person or assistant to the Supervisor at Concentrix, until promoted to a Technical Support Representative. I can say that I am excellent at handling customers, build good rapport and even pacify irate customers.
I can say I am good at MS Word, Spreadsheets and at my best in making weekly reports. I have also done a bit of article writing and data entry and I am very much familiar with Print Managers and troubleshoot some errors using remote desktop or the (Teamviewer).
I am very much hoping to have a job as a Virtual Assistant and I can do the job efficiently and in very organize manner. I am an enthusiastic person and very much willing and interested to learn new things and be very good at it. I could also work for long hours as to the development of the company and I am also very much focus upon helping the company's growth.
