The 1st company that I worked with was Prime Asia Pawn and Jewelry Shop for almost 5 years and 7 months. I was then an Appraiser, Cashier & Acting Senior Appraiser. As an appraiser we were tasked to identify the karats
if it's 12k, 14k, 18k, 21k & 24K; If jewelries are Italian, Saudi, Singaporean Gold and if it is fake or not. When they assigned me as a cashier, my tasked was to do daily cash counts, do vault inventory once a month, cash in cash out of western union, deposit money from the bank & assigned to do tag prices for rematado jewelries. Since I was able to meet their expectations and performed well with my job. They
see my skills and potentials, they promoted me as Acting Senior Appraiser. I trained staffs & check
branch income. But since I want to excel more and
don't want to be stagnant in one position, I decided to apply as Listener Care Representative. This was really my dream to work in a call center.
I started to join in the BPO industry last 2010 November, as an LCR. My tasked is to discuss about their bills, subscription plans, activation,basic troubleshooting and do upsell radios. But I have goals in life, I won't stick as CSR forever. In year 2012 , I was promoted as a Corporate Quality Analyst.
I do huddles, do weekly reports, coaching, supervisor's call and provide QA updates. I also send emails to team leaders informing them what need agents to improved in handling calls.
And for me this is a challenging task because I was able to deal w/ different people, w/ different culture & different personalities.
