I was able to work for 5 years and 3 months for a BPO company who handles a healthcare account. Our main responsibility was to assist Healthcare providers like doctors, hospitals, therapist and the like in checking their patients medical/mental health coverage. We were also able to check claims/reimbursement issues filed by the said providers. I was also trained to help them(Healthcare providers) in regards to billing issues and questions. I am very
