I am a customer service professional with almost nine(9) years of experience in a corporate office setting and recently working home. I specialized in both customer service and administrative tasks. My skill set includes customer service (via phone and email), order processing, billing dispute processing, data entry, crm, and cold calling.
Also knowledgeable in HTML, Web Designing, Adobe Photoshop CS, Adobe Illustrator, MiniCad (Japanese version of AutoCad).
