I worked for 4 years as a customer service representative in a bank. I handle credit card accounts that have possible fraudulent activities. I assist customers who have difficulties using their card. I am good in analyzing accounts. I am also good in handling irate customers, changing their mood from dissatisfied to satisfied or neutral. I also worked as a customer service supervisor. I was responsible for coaching and assisting customer service representatives. It was my job to make sure that each of my analysts would be able to hit the metrics provided by the client.
