Profile Description

I am an Accountancy Graduate and was into Sales and Development work as Area Business Development Assistant under Operations Department for more than 4 years in one of the franchising companies not to include my personal experience in my own retailing business and that runs almost 10 years after left my work.
I work on field all the time and report to office 2-3 times a month or as needed for data reporting gathered during our branch visit. Sales and marketing is my main job focus. I make some action plans in order to meet sales target for a certain period of time. And I sees it that the branch is following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of the company since it is a franchising business through a surprised performance audit conducted quarterly. Results of that said audit will be discussed to franchisee and ask some commitment on areas that needs to be troubleshoot. Follow up visit will be scheduled then to see to it that the agreement for troubleshooting was imposed properly. If not, activity will be reported to the office for them to set some disciplinary actions on this matter. And in addition to that, I also help franchisee initially run their business for at least one (1) month or as needed from sales management down to the production area.
