different American and Australian companies since I graduated college.My first call center was Teletech,I was trained well to handle customers needs,I was with HP Home and Home Office,I do selling and answer order enquiries.I was then transferred to Barnes and Noble,one of the biggest book shop in the United States,same thing I do assist customers with there Ebook enquiries.Then I transferred to Convergys- Cebu,I was then a Financial Associate in Citibank US Credit and Debit Cards,I handle bill enquiry ,accept payments over the phone,offer balance transfer and discuss things with the customer on how to use there credit and debit cards.Lastly.I was with Telstra biggest
Telecommunication service provider in Australia,this time its Cellphones,Cable,Homephone and Internet issues I have handled daily.Explained bills,process payment extension,accept payments over the phone,schedule Technician visit were all the call drivers in every shift.I need to be updated about new cellphones and technology in order for me to answer my customers enquiries.My first call resolution,my analytical thinking, my human connection and customer service expertise have been fully developed in the companies I have been too.
