I am well versed in English and very good in interpersonal skills because of the customer and technical service tasks that I have acquired while working with my previous companies. I am adept in MS word and Excel application and I am technically inclined for security software problems specially with Norton and AVG products. With my technical support experience I can troubleshoot windows problems and internet connectivity issues and I know how to remove security threats. I also have knowledge on activation and troubleshooting cable boxes and modems.
