I started working in the call-center industry way back in 2006 with Xcelerate Center Incorporated. I stayed there for one year and was promoted to Quality Analyst position but then the company had to stop its operation. Then I transferred to InfonXX which I stayed for several months. There was a much better offer from ICT Marketing Services under a financial account which is Washington Mutual Bank. After three years JP Morgan Chase bought Washington Mutual Bank and established their own (in-house) office in Taguig City. I stayed there for couple of years handling Retail Banking and likewise Online Banking. My recent stint was with Bank of America (BA Continuum Philippines) under Credit Card Services.
I have extensive experience in handling Retail Banking, Credit Card Services and Online Banking. I am a fast-learner person with a passion to excel in my chosen field.
