I worked as a Purchasing Assistant at BPO Company for 2 yrs. I handled request for supplies or service request of different department (e.g HR Department, Marketing, etc.,), I do Canvassing of supplier and getting the best price for the items to be purchase and prepare purchase order form for approval of management. I also manage the sorting and filling of admin confidential documents. Every weekly meeting of admin I do taking minutes of the meeting and send copy to the participants.
