-Work on all administrative tasks to address different statuses of the account/company process
-Adherence to policies and compliance with any client/process/product/updates and norms specified by ISO 27001 specifications.
-Address any problems/grievances that may have a bearing on productivity or efficiency

-Participate in open forums with the Assistant Manager/Operations Manager and bring them to light

-Review and rebill claims for claim reprocessing
-Process grievance and appeal for claims disputes
-Call insurance to verify eligibility, benefits, dispute, and request claims reprocessing
-Assist the patient in filling out the Registration Form for the patient’s information to be loaded into the system
-Assist patients in looking for a match provider depending on their preferences
-Assist and respond to live patient regarding their appointment concerns
-Scheduling a patient with their preferred provider and appointment
-Helping patient reschedule their appointment
