Profile Description

I worked as a logistics representative for ---------- for 12 months. Assisting customer's on their upcoming packages and also for packages that were already been delivered. Taking responsibility for the lost packages and providing refund or replacement to the customers. Providing information were the package were delivered and information for general concerns. Updating delivery instructions to help drivers locate their address and where to leave their package. Allocating alternate addresses. Also assisting drivers to find customers addresses. Assisting drivers for their special concerns and so on. 

I worked as a customer representative for a Health Care account for 3 months. Been assisting customers for their health insurance. This is an inbound calls account.


I've been selling health and wellness products in a network marketing company. I love selling and suggesting products to customers and give them customer satisfaction. I also know how to work on MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I work best even under pressure. i want a long term, stable job where i can have professional growth.
