My experienced working as a technical support assistant where in I was able to acquire communication skills and product specification training improves my skills a lot. With that I passed the Berlitz English proficiency exam required to get hired on the highest paid account in a BPO Company. Knowing that being a technical support assistant would really test your ability to communicate with any type of clients and chances that most of your client calls would be an irate one which would make your patience turned to become your bread and butter. It also taught me the ability to accept constructive criticism and get used to working with pressure. Recently I am working as a geriatric nurse in which great patience is needed especially when we're handling out of control oldies. Therefore I believe that those skills would be a great asset for me to work well with any job opportunities.
