Hi my name is Sarah Joy Lagon.
I have worked for call center or BPO industry for almost 7 years now as a Technical Support Representative.
Ive Been handling calls and interact with clients over the phone and through emails with several technical issues and other inquiries.
I have also worked as a Virtual assistant for real state advertising which we use craigslist to post and we create our advertisement using Kompozer which another tool to generate simple codes.
