Helped customers regarding their internet service, billing, technical, and upsell at&t products. In 2019-2022, I worked as Amazon Seller Support. I'm skilled to handle 3 different department which are FBM, FBA, and Catalogue issue and I'm familiar with Amazon Seller Central.
