Profile Description

For my 13 months experienced as an accounts receivable representative, I am confident and competitive enough to work because of the followings lists of my experienced:
• Negotiate and supervised new tenant and binding them through contracts.
• Ensured receivables were collected in a timely manner by issuing statements to tenants at month end and do frequent follow- up.
• Reviewed claims, investigated, and made decision accordingly within company’s policies.
• Worked closely with tenant service management to ensure that delinquent accounts are up to date.
• Maintained A/R aging report on a monthly basis to ensure tenant’s accounts are up to date.
• Received cheques, prepared deposits and posted payments in “QuickBooks online accounting system “to tenant accounts on a monthly basis.
