Profile Description

I had the chance to work with a shopping account at Sitel Philippines for almost one year. As a Customer Service Representative, it is my responsibilities to serve the clients and do what they wanted to do or what specific product they wanted to buy. In case the item is temporarily not available, I ask the customer if that would be fine if the could wait for a call back until i get the information of the products availability. Aside from being a Customer Representative, I also act as their personal shopper or personal stylist. Since the account was an online shopping so i suggested clients what specific product that will match to a certain as well. I also fix some problems of the customer regarding the delivery of the item, if there's any inconvenient in their part, we delight to serve them better as well as attend to their financial matter still in connection with the product they are buying or ordering online. If there's a need for me to call the bank regarding their credit card then I do just to settle down everything to the customer and end the day a delightful experience. A worry free online experience. Stress free as well.
