? Provide administrative support to Managing for Development Results (MfDR) workshops and conferences, including preparation of draft correspondence, budget estimate, participant accommodation and travel arrangements, payments of allowances, collection and dissemination of meeting materials and outputs.
? Prepare request for payments and liquidation of expenses for the technical assistance (TA) activities. Assist in maintaining the Asia-Pacific Community of Practice (APCoP) information database including registers of contacts and experts. Maintain and update the APCoP website
? Coordinate with relevant offices and department outside ADB on APCoP and MfDR related matters.
? Provide logistical support for the Results Management Public Sector Excellence- Transport Seminar in Singapore; Forum for the Regional Communities of Practices on Managing for Development Results, Seoul Korea; Result-Based Planning, Budgeting and Impact Evaluation, Chengdu PRC
? Responsible for documentation of meeting highlights and reports for all the regional and national experts’ meetings, and assist lead consultant in coordinating with other consultant
? Assist lead consultant and national climate change experts in preparing and organizing regional consultations and national workshop
? Compile and analyze all reports of the regional and national experts workshop and meetings
? Edit and check the quality of the reports produced in the regional and national meetings
? Prepare and submit a formal report on the cumulative outcome of the regional meetings and national experts’ workshop
? Assist RSES in management, coordination and supervision of Technical Activities and outputs
? Assist in preparation of consolidated 6-month and annual progress reports and other reports, as required by ADB/RSDD/RSES.
? Provide International Specialist/Consultant and relevant RSES Specialist relevant information or documents they need to facilitate project implementation
? Update Status of the TA funds on relevant MIS/database
? Assist in preparation of briefing papers or summaries about TA activities and implementation for posting in the ADB IP website.
? Act as liason between RSES and ADB staff, as well as external organizations and governments, to respond to queries related to the TA.
? Coordinate with Controllers Department (CTL), Regional Sustainable Development Department, Office of the Director General (RSDD/RSOD) on the financial statues of the TA
? Follow up with national focal agencies/implementing agencies submissions of financial reports and progress reports, and assist them necessarily.
