I've worked in a BPO Company for 6 years. My first job experience in a call center was as a Customer Service Representative for McAfee, I helped customers with simple technical issues while doing up selling. Then I was assigned to work for Alltel Wireless to serve customers with simple technical issues, billing issues and assist them in getting the best plan that suits their life style. After a few months, I was trained to assist customers for Avis-Budget Group. I helped travelers to book a car that they want to use when they travel to different states to make it easier for them to roam around while in a business trip or on vacation. Then I joined JP Morgan Chase Bank to do Credit Card Collections. I call customers with past due accounts to make their accounts up to date to avoid further late fees and negative impacts on their credit reports. I also helped customers with financial issues to get into a program for a long term resolution to make it easier for them to budget their finances while paying off their debts gradually. Currently, I am working online. I started my career online on July 2013 as a Collection's Specialist for a company which sells Labor Compliance Kit all over the United States. Now, I am a Full-time Lead Verifier for a company based in California. I convince customers to let me verify their home mortgage information so I can have a lender call them back to provide them a free quote for the lowest possible interest rate available.
