Profile Description

In my current job I am responsible for providing quality resolutions to technical issues,
relaying new information to agents about product updates, conduct training, coaching and mentoring 1st level agents, reporting bugs encountered in the system and asking updates from the back office through escalations. I am knowledgeable with Web Hosting particularly with FTP, email setup and troubleshooting,and basic about domains. I have done installations and administration of Content Management Systems like Wordpress, Joomla though not an expert but familiar on the environment. I also familiar with web scripting languages like HTML, CSS scripts. I have a little knowledge with Adobe Photoshop
for image editing.
