I'am currently residing in Kuwait.
I used to work in one of the Brokerage company in Kuwait with a position of Customer Relation/Tele Sales. I do researching and prospecting for new potential clients. Proposing / introducing company's services thru tele marketing. Giving an overview of the current market situation to potential and existing clients and arranging appointments between company's representative and potential clients.
After working in a brokerage company for a year, i found a new job as Admin Assistant cum Sales in a software company. I do report to Regional Manager Kuwait Branch (since we do have other branches in KSA and UAE back then) I'm incharge in researching and prospecting new potential customers, Arranging appointments / demos / daily schedules of Regional Manager and potential customers, proposing / introducing company's product and services thru tele marketing, Doing clerical & administrative tasks such as filing; email correspondence; memos; internal and for client letters; flight and hotel bookings, Handles petty cash of the company, Issuing invoice, sales quotations and closing sales deals, Prepares Sales, Pipeline and Marketing Reports.
Presently, I'm working as a Assistant In-charge in a beauty salon, where the owner is kind enough to trust me whenever she is out of town. I do report to the Owner of Salon, Prepares Weekly Sales and Expenses Reports, Handles petty cash, purchase stocks and equipment for salon, Handles worker’s monthly salary, Arranging daily appointments and schedules for all workers, Handles marketing strategies such as Instagram and Facebook pages, Prepares promotional flyers, Answers customers queries, Doing clerical & administrative tasks such as filing; email correspondence for suppliers; memos.
