I started working as a Customer Service Representative in 2004 and then I was hired as a Recruitment Specialist for 6 months in 2006. Afterwards, I worked as a Reports Analyst for Sutherland in 2008 and I have been using MS Excel since then. In 2011, I transferred to Accenture and I got promoted as a Senior Reports Analyst in 2012. I am still employed in Accenture, working as an Analytics and Modelling Manager. I can say that I have a strong Customer Service Background and I can perform Data Encoding, Transcription jobs and other Administrative support tasks.
I am proficient in Microsoft Office and I've been using it all the time since 2008. I am also flexible in terms of working hours, although I prefer to work for part-time only (3 to 5 hours a day). I am willing to accept tasks in exchange for at least $10 an hour since I understand that I need to establish my credibility in your company for now.
