Profile Description

I am currently handling Finance and Treasury function at the leading cruise line in asia pacific. I am the Treasury Counterpart of HongKong, who handle Cash Book, Placements, Signatory Matrix, and Bank Statements. For Finance, I do currently handling Accounts Receivable, maintaining its Ageing Report, Weekly Collection and Outstanding Report, Revenue analysis, and Issuance & Collections of Invoices. Revenue postings in SAP for the Tourism Academy, Contact Center, Service Provider and Holdings Co. Previous tasks as GL-Local, who generates FS, bank reconciliation, payroll analysis, Fixed Assets, and Projects.
From my previous employer, I am tasks to handle the team of Accounts Receivable, managing the sales for Credit and ATM transactions. Reconciliation of Interco Accounts, and Physical Count coordinator.
I am also the OIC-Student Affairs Officer, who handle all the events of the institution, manage the internal and external events. Budget allocation and reporting for the year as well as advisers of all organization is another task. I am the former secretary of the CEO for 3 years of the institution, and part time instructor too.
