Working in the BPO industry, my communication skills was enhanced and since I have to deal with different kind of customers and issues everyday, my customer service skills has been developed. The call center industry requires one to be flexible and open to change that it worked on my multitasking skills and flexibility.
Through the same industry, my computer skills was formed. I can't say I am now a computer wizard because there is more to learn but I can say I learned a lot although such knowledge is not enough and I need to learn more as the world change and our knowledge on things need to be refreshed once in a while.
