Profile Description

I worked as operations manager for 6 six years for a bills payment and remittance center where i was responsible and hands on for the whole operation of the site. Managing 3 tellers and 1 security guard. assist clientele as they enter the office and via phone. carried various audit checks to ensure the correct procedures have been applied to process bills payment, remittance, and eloading system and to prepare deposit slips for the cash and check collections. Supervised, coached and counselled staff of 4 employees. Teaching them on safety handling of cash and check payments.

Experienced in dealing with internal and external customers at all levels via phone and walk-ins to ensure successful communication via actively listening and probing questions.
