Profile Description

My name is Upgrade to see actual info. I'm an experienced Customer Service Representative/ Account Manager based here in the Philippines. My job is focused on doing an outbound and receiving an inbound call to our clients. ( I used to work for a bank in the US) As an Account Manager, it is my duty to inform the customers about the standing of their account and encourage them to bring it current by processing their payment over the phone. (using ACH) I was also assigned as Business Analyst, where my I call businesses/establishment to gather the information that I can use to make a profile for their business. My strong will to keep learning has always been my key to succeed. I take challenges positively, work hard for the goals I need to achieve while continuously striving for excellence.
