Previously, I've worked as an HR and Administrative Assistant in a local manpower agency. I have a very extensive skill in my chosen field. One of my responsibilities is to assist my HR Manager in pooling the best candidates for every job vacancy requirements that we have. I make sure that we will endorse a very competitive contractor for the following post. My task is not limited in man pooling, but also in payroll, benefits and updating the 201 files of each hired contractor the we have.
