A Bachelor in Secondary Education Major in English graduate with professional skills and over 6 years experience in different office environments including human resource management/ recruitment, event coordinator, secretarial assistance, sales, customer care, teaching for hearing and/ or speech impaired and teaching English online to Koreans, Chinese and Japanese nationals.  

I have been a virtual assistant for almost 5 years now, working with various online employers both fulltime and part time. 

I am knowledgeable in Product Research, I have been introduced to different tools when it comes to checking the profitability of a product like Tactical Artbitrage, Jungle Scout, Camelcamelcamel, Keepa, Revseller, and ScanPower.  I am also familiar with PC 2, Seller Central Dashboard adding products manually or via upload, as well as shipments.
I am also skilled in communicating with clients / customers via email corresppondence, live chat communication and even phone calls (inbound and outbound), to  accommodate their inquiries.
