I've been working as a General Virtual Assistant for an Australian and American client from 2013 to 2017. I've worked as a customer service representative in a BPO for more than 5 years (Upgrade to see actual info) and have been part of the Healthcare and Transportation account, handling multiple tasks like incoming calls, outbound calls, chat and email support assisting our customers, educate them with the services offered, answer their queries, address issues regarding the charges on their account, and help them navigate the platform.
I am motivated and I have the background that corresponds to this position. Also, I am an ambitious person, and I want to be among the best in my field, and I want to be the best with your company. I'm a fast learner and hard worker, which will facilitate the training period. I pay attention to details and I always make sure my work is done and accurate.
