Profile Description

My name is Charmie De Leon Dalagan.
I've been in the BPO industry for nine years in International account in US and Australian account. I was a Technical Support Representative, Customer Service Representative, Healthcare & Life Insurance Specialist.
We handle taking inbound and outbound calls to answer customer's inquiries and to resolve their issues to give them satisfaction and to provide the service that they should be getting.
We handle complaints, we offer them new products and services to make a sale or upgrade their services. We make sure that we know what our customer's needs to offer them the best products that we have to meet our weekly/monthly quota.
We manage to post products and services through social media / e-commerce.
I am very hardworking person,
I am productive, reliable, independent, resourceful, fast learner, I can do multitasking, I always render overtime when it's needed. I am a team player, I can also work as an individual, I am a performer, I am approachable and always want to help newbies with our process at work. I always make sure that I submit the assigned task on or before the deadline.
I always make sure that I am knowledgeable on our products to provide accurate information. I always provide good customer service and excellent customer experience. I am very passionate in everything that I do and I am a woman of integrity..
