The Business Administrator is responsible for the analysis, design, maintenance and support of GCCI packaged applications. Primary duties consist of supporting complex business access and security requirements and support structures with associated Service Level Agreements (SLA's) for a variety of technology solutions within the GCCI environment. The solutions include email, chat, knowledge management, workforce management, quality assurance, Cisco and Universal Queue standards.
• Support, understand and document all functionality (in use vs. available), access levels, security and license information.
• Support business application overview that is specific to each SBU utilizing the application. This overview will include goals, contacts, user roles, special rules, support needs and SLA's.
• Act as liaison to vendor, project manager, development team and department leads.
• Work with offshore business administrators responsible for day-to-day operational support of solutions.
• Maintain support of application by defining critical business support/usage hours, enhancement/upgrade/maintenance plans & schedules, test plans & cases. Develop or define emergency/recovery plans
• Work with each SBU training team to update readily accessible training documentation for all user roles.
• Review, prioritize and manage new/change requests from the business and provide consultation and guidance on recommended solutions.
• Troubleshoot product access and security issues.
• Utilize reporting and knowledge to identify, recommend, manage, communicate and deliver solutions/strategies that enhance application quality, reporting & productivity.
• Monitor day-to-day business application support to understand customer issues and application use in an effort to offer proactive service improvements.
• Support troubleshooting of priority issues in a 24 x 7 support model (on call support as needed).
