Profile Description
I have 7 years of extensive communication and technical support experience and very well seasoned. Started as a level 1 Microsoft tech support and reached level 3 triage and research team. After the microsoft campaign I was hired by Mercury Technologies Assistance Center to help out computer systems of FTD members' networks, software, etc. Currently I'm part of Norton Spyware and Virus Removal Service as a virus removal expert.
I'm very much familiar with Microsoft Operating systems and Macintosh alike. Microsoft office application like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also a part of everyday work.
I can work with very minimal supervision. A team player and also a leader. A very loyal employee, my current employer is the same company that hired me 7 years ago. Never resigned and never got fired.
Just give me the proper training and the tools needed and I will deliver an excellent performance.
