My name is Raceli Tinga-Domingo, for 8 years in the 90's I worked with the Development Bank of the Philippines, evaluating loans with development potentials that could help generate local employments as well as boost the growth of local community. My stay with the bank nurtured my strong belief in service to others. In 1999,
I have to leave DBP to attend to the educational intervention of my 3rd child (special). And around 2004, I returned to the work force as Head of the Accounts Management Group and Remedial Accounts Officer at the UCBP-CIIF or UCPB-Cocofinance where I continued my advocacy work of promoting development, this time to our coconut farmers using the cocolevy funds. And in 2006, I had a short stint with AyalaLand as Finance Manager.
I could confidently say that I am global-minded, mature and highly adaptable having a balance of formal education and professional experience. And with the line of works I had, I have related computer skills to back me up. Having a passion for learning, I have the ability to acquire new technical, analytical, or computer skills quickly.
I also have a penchant for writing having an ardor for Truth in particular and Life and people in general.
My writing skills were developed during my DBP days and harnessed in my weekend Zen classes, where we tackle so many Truth about Life and do volunteer works, involving children. With the volunteer works I do I could safely say that I am goal-oriented, have creative problem-solving talents and reliable.
I beliebe to have the ability to sell ideas and persuade others. I have drive, stamina, strong work ethics, intelligence, diligence, "stick-to-effectiveness" and initiative - the traits needed to deliver the tasks at hand.
I am self-motivated and have demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with different levels of corporate staff, management and customers. My various experiences tested my leadership, organizational, analytical and communication skills, thus developing my proactive and assertive mind.
I prefer and look forward to working in an institution that will provide an opportunity for growth, advancement, service and varied worthwhile exposures, that I could be of service to my fellow men.
