? Data/ order entry and order processing
? Keying in client's info in the main system to provide service.
? Take ownership of all orders received
? Utilized all necessary means to fix discrepancies in processing orders
? Accurately updates customer’s data in different divisions through spreadsheet reports on a day to day basis.

Customer Payment Support
Duties :
• Inbound and outbound collection
? Responsible for ensuring that company debt risk is kept to a minimum by proactively outbound calling customers to recover outstanding accounts, and handling inbound calls as well within collection path requirements.
? Ensure collection targets are met while maintaining high quality standards.
? Update customer records accurately.
? Increase direct debit penetration.
? Manage the relationship with the customer and collection agencies.
? Actively work to retain customers.
? Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change and expand.
