Profile Description

I worked in Business Process Outsourcing companies for the last 6 years. Mainly providing excellent customer service. While working in these companies I developed a trusted skill for listening and not just hearing. My ability to speak, read and write on English language has improved over the years. I have a wide range of experience on handling different types of customers which I 'm sure would be applicable to this field of work as well. With regard to computer applications, I am familiar with MS Word, Excel and the likes. To the new applications that would be needed to run this kind of work I am yet to learn them. I have been trying to expose my self to the online career and all I need is someone who is willing to give me a nice try. I am looking for a long-term, stable job where I can practice my knowledge and help with the success of you business.
