Profile Description

I graduated Bachelor of Arts major in English, also took Education units and has become a licensed High School teacher. I have not, however, ventured as much into working as a teacher, but I have had the opportunity to teach at Colleges in Davao City in the past, aside from having worked as an online English teacher among Chinese nationals previously as well. Most of my career years had been on opportunities working as a Call Center customer service representative to BPO companies in the country catering towards American and Australian clientele, which included serving as a Bilingual CSR among Hispanic-American customers. Being yet novice in the language, and with the closing of the Bilingual account, I went back to serving mainly as an English CSR, and has eventually resigned, and am now working for a Non-profit organization helping for the Resource Development Department of the organization. My task is to mainly communicate among its constituents, donors, and friends to partner financially for the organization. Part of that is to maintain and update the organizations Donors Database, and send out newsletters and thank you notes every now and then.
