Profile Description

I am currently working as a freelance transcriptionist.
My main job is to listen to recorded materials, either audio or video, and then have it typed into a document. Good typing speed and accuracy, researching skills, and listening skills are some of the skills I have, and is required for being a transcriptionist. Prior to being a transcriptionist, I also have 5 years of experience being a call center agents. I have worked as a technical support representative, and also as a billing consultant in the call center industry. I can say that my oral communication skills in English is above average. In my experience as a call center agent, I have developed skills that are essential to different kinds of jobs. I can multitask, work under pressure. I am a team player, but can still provide high quality results even unsupervised. I take pride in my work, and most important of all, I am trustworthy.
