My first job after I graduated from college was a Checker at SM Inc.
After that, I became a Techincal Support Representative (call center agent) for DELL supporting technical issues with DELL computers and softwares. Then, I was transferred to Sony account with the same job title and work load. I worked as a call center agent for almost 4 years before I become a Helpdesk Support for Safeway supporting the entire Safeway company. We support POS issues of our co-employees since Safeway is a well-known retail store in US. After 4 years of working as a helpdesk support, I was hired as a Test Analyst in the same company and presently working and testing POS system.
