Profile Description

My first experience with contact centers is with a very prestigious company here in our place, maybe the pioneer in contact center industry to be exact. I started as a Technical Support Representative where I was honed as a call center agent, not only with my technical skills but with my expertise in the English language both in oral and written. I was also perfected in terms on how to deal with customers over the phone, help resolve their issues, going an extra mile, and most of all it had been easy for me through time how to deal with irate customers.
After a while since I had to quit job outside home, I tried my skill in applying for home-based online jobs. That was a really great experience too. I did outbound calls, appointment setting, lead generation and some taste of marketing. Well, marketing wasn't really knew since I had an experience with that on the field.
Now I would like also to experience chat support, email support, data entry or the likes. I know with this field I can also easily learn techniques and ways how to be best at it.
I am looking forward to be working with one of the employers here. With my desire to work and go an extra mile, I am positive I can be a great asset to any employ you have here. I hope I can get a long-term employment and be with a company I can be growing with.
